The United States was rocked by another mass shooting on Friday when a gunman opened fire in the baggage claim area of the Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
The shooter has since been identified as Esteban Santiago, and when the first photo of him surfaced, something very eerie was spotted in it…
Young Conservatives reported that the photo below has suggested to investigators that Santiago, 26, may have had ties to ISIS.
This point was immediately raised by Fox News hosts after the shooting.

Making this even more disturbing is the fact that Santiago reportedly walked into an Alaska FBI office in November and told agents that he was being “forced to fight for ISIS.” He was then sent to a psychiatric hospital for evaluation.
Five years ago, Santiago was also investigated by the Department of Homeland Security for possessing child pornography. Though three weapons and a computer were seized, there was not enough evidence for authorities to prosecute him.
Santiago’s brother said yesterday that he served in Iraq and had been suffering from mental health problems ever since. It remains to be seen whether he was actually mentally ill, or if he really did open fire as an ISIS operative.
